1. WHO WE ARE
Tickets for Afrosteria events are sold by Nico P,
Chaussée de Tubize 369 bte 6, 1420 Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium. VAT BE0643451775.
For anything related to your data, write to nico@afrosteria.com.
2. WHAT WE COLLECT
When you buy a ticket we collect your first name, last name and email
address. We do not ask for your postal address or phone number.
If you tick the marketing box, we record that choice.
We also record what you bought, when, and whether the ticket was
scanned at the door.
3. HOW WE USE IT
To issue your ticket, send your confirmation and let you in on the night.
To keep our accounts, as Belgian law requires.
To tell you about our upcoming nights. You can stop this at any time
using the unsubscribe link in any email.
If you ticked the marketing box, we also send you news about our music
releases.
4. WHO ELSE SEES IT
Ticket Tailor (Zimma Ltd, United Kingdom) runs our box office.
Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your card details.
Encharge hosts our mailing list.
Meta receives anonymised signals about visits and purchases on our
ticket pages, so we can measure our advertising. You can refuse these
via the cookie banner.
We never sell your data and never share it for anyone else's marketing.
5. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Order and accounting records: 7 years, as required by Belgian law.
Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it,
or to stop using it for marketing. Write to nico@afrosteria.com and we
will answer within one month.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Belgian Data
Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données),
